How Do I Check My Order Status?
Notification is sent to the customer via Shopify as to the status of the order.

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.

How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?
Notification is sent once the order has been processed and will include a tracking number.

Does Granny's Little Munchkins Ship Internationally?
We do not ship Internationally at this time.


Can I Cancel Or Make Changes To My Order?
To cancel, you must contact us by email within the same day the order was placed.

How Do I Use A Coupon or Promo Code?
Promo code or coupon information must be entered at check out.

Something I Bought Went On Sale The Next Day - Can I Still Use The Promo Code?
No, but it can be used on the next order.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
All returns are processed within 10 days of return.
